Off-Road / Motorsport Use Only
All software modifications, ECU calibrations, and performance files are intended strictly for off-road use, motorsport applications, or closed-course environments, where legally permitted.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Customer Responsibility
The customer assumes full responsibility for:
- Vehicle condition and maintenance
- Installation and use of supplied files
- Hardware compatibility and supporting modifications
- Any third-party involvement in installation or operation
Performance & Mechanical Risk
Performance tuning modifies factory engine parameters and may increase mechanical stress. While developed using engineering best practices, no guarantee is made regarding:
- Engine longevity
- Drivetrain durability
- Fuel consumption
- Power output consistency
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages including but not limited to:
- Engine or drivetrain failure
- Vehicle damage
- Loss of use
- Financial loss
- Injury or accidents arising from vehicle use
All services are used at the customer’s own risk.
