Refund Policy

Our services include custom ECU calibration, software development, and performance engineering work delivered digitally. Due to the bespoke and technical nature of these services, all sales are final once work has commenced or files have been delivered.

Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

  • The service has not yet started
  • A technical issue on our side prevents delivery
  • Duplicate payment has occurred
  • We are unable to fulfil the requested service

Where partial work has been completed, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion, based on work already performed.

No refunds are issued for:

  • Completed or delivered tuning files
  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer
  • Installation errors or misuse of files
  • Performance expectations or subjective results after installation

Each case is reviewed individually in good faith.
